In this model, we will analyze your application and draft the requirements of the SQA team. Based on this, we will staff up the SQA team, induct them into the organization, train the resources on the product and take them to a stage where the team can independantly work on the application's SQA. At the stage, when the team becomes a part of the mainstream organization, our job is done!
