Build-Operate-Transfer: In this model, Qantom will set up all the infrastructure(Office, hardware and software) required for a offshore test lab on your behalf. Subsequently, we will create the right team and operate the test lab for previously agreed upon amount of time. After this period, the lab will be handed over back to you.

Build-Transfer: In this model, Qantom will only set up the infrastructure required for a offshore test lab and will immediately hand it over to the client. The onus of running the Offshore test center lies entirely with the client.

Build-Operate-Maintain: In this model, Qantom will setup the infrastructure and will create the SQA team for you. Subsequently, Qantom will continue to manage the day-to-day SQA activities of the offshore test center
